Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened products.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is an error from our side .
All claims are individually assessed.
We will notify you via your email address once we have received your return.
All approved returns are credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
- We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure our products can be shipped and delivered to a destination address in a country outside of Australia.
- Impala Health Shop will not be responsible for packages that have been seized by officials outside of Australia and will not issue refunds for seized or delayed packages.
